Cooling-Off Period: For most orders, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, as flowers are perishable goods with a cut life of less than 30 days, the right to cancel may not apply if we have already arranged, prepared, or dispatched the flowers.

How to Cancel or Amend: If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please notify us as soon as possible, quoting your order reference. We will endeavour to accommodate changes, provided the flowers have not already been prepared or are in the process of delivery. Once your order has entered preparation or dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds: If an order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be given. In cases where cancellation is not possible, no refund will be issued except where we are legally obligated to do so.

Non-Delivery: If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns and Quality Issues
